Zenvy CV (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Zenvy CV mobile application (the “App”).

A. Information stored locally on your device
Zenvy CV is designed to prioritize your privacy. The core functionality of the App — creating and managing resumes — operates entirely locally.
- Any personal information you enter into the App (such as your name, contact details, work experience, education, and photos) is saved exclusively in a local database (SQLite) on your device.
- We do not transmit, store, or have access to your resume data on any external servers. Your data remains strictly on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.
B. Automatically collected information
To improve the App, serve advertisements, and manage subscriptions, we use trusted third-party services that may automatically collect certain non-personal information. This information includes:
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, and the time and date of your visits.
- Crash reports: Diagnostic data to help us identify and fix bugs.
2. Third-Party Services

3. App Permissions
To function properly, the App requires the following permissions on your device:
- Storage/files access: Required exclusively to save the generated PDF resumes to your device's local storage so you can access and share them.
- Internet access: Required to fetch advertisements, process in-app purchases, and send anonymized crash/usage reports.
4. Data Security
Because your personal resume data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on the security of your device itself. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode, fingerprint, or facial recognition. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmitted between the App and our third-party service providers (such as for purchase verification and analytics).
5. Children's Privacy
Zenvy CV does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
